Blissful Extensions will proudly allow a refund if you’re not satisfied with your purchase. There is a 5 day return policy, after receiving your order and product has to be in same condition as we shipped,(tag, wrapped, etc). A store credit will be issued upon your request for a return. There cannot be any tampering of the extensions, meaning no unraveling or any extensions cut into pieces OR out of any original packaging. Your refund/store credit WILL BE DENIED. Product has to be returned in the same condition as sent. You will be responsible for the shipping cost of your extensions if returned. Clip-ins extensions and Tape-in extensions are NONREFUNDABLE.

Blissful has a 7-10 days processing/shipping timeframe (standard shipping). Within those 7-10 days, your payment will be processed and confirmed, depending on your shipping preference you will be notified when processing has started on your order. Once processed and confirmed, then we will update the status of your order to either shipped, or still processing. When we have sales, processing and shipping will be extended because of the amount of orders to fulfill. Please understand that we will ship your product as quickly as we can.
WE DO NOT SHIP orders over the weekend. All orders that are placed Friday before 7am, with OVERNIGHT REQUEST shipping, those orders will be processed and shipped Friday. All other orders will go out the following business day.
We pride ourselves in shipping all order within 48-72 hours. So no delay here, unless severe weather or global crisis that is out of our control. You will be notified every step of the way. #PROMISE
IN-STORE PICK UP
In-store pick ups are ONLY done on TUESDAYS and THURSDAYS. Please understand that when you place an in store pick up order, you agree to those allocated days to pick up your order.
1. You will need your email order confirmation and also a VALID ID/License to retrieve your order.
2. NO ONE OTHER THAN YOU ARE ALLOWED TO PICK UP YOUR ORDER.
3. WE ARE OPEN FROM 12PM-5PM, in-store picks can not be picked up earlier or later than the times mentioned above.
4. In-Store pick ups have a turn around time for 24 hours. Unless stated otherwise via text or call.
5. You will receive a text/call staying when your order is ready for pick up. Please DO NOT proactively come to the store before you receive your call or text message.
